Accounting and Admin executive (Full time)

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Enter accurate and timely data into in-house system
  • Check Purchase INV & Expenses bill
  • Generate Tax Invoice
  • Perform general accounting duties like AP, AR, PAYMENT, Perform bank reconciliation, receipt reconciliation, manage Financial Statement, Income Tax
  • GST Filing
  • Calculate & Declare Payroll & CPF
  • Liaise with accounting/ secretarial company & government authority
  • Prepare other reports to Director
  • Assist in general office admin & accounting related
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned



  • Diploma in HR/ Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience in Admin/ HR/ Accounting (this role need to multitask)
  • Good working attitude
  • Self-motivated and an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned
  • Singapore Citizen or PR only
