Account Cum Administrative Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Executive to perform a variety of Account, administrative and customer support tasks. Duties of the Administrative Executive include providing support to our managers and customers, coordinate Accounting job, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Job Brief

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include keeping Account records, responding to day-to-day customers queries and order booking arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, ERP system and office equipment.

Ultimately, a successful Admin Executive should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls

Coordinate with customers and forwarders for shipping arrangements

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, accounting reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Maintain contact lists

Submit and reconcile AR, AP, cashbook reports

Provide general support to customers

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative executive, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copier machines

Working knowledge of dealing with government agency in Singapore, like IRAS, MOM, ICA, Customs departs, etc.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Salary Range

SGD 1800 to 2200 based on the experience + quarterly Team bonus.

5 days working from 8.30am – 5.30pm. No OT required.

Preference

Chinese speaking. Ready to work immediately.
