Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Description


·      Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with our communications strategy to drive awareness and conversion

·      Create marketing assets aligned to customer journey to generate as well as nurture leads and work with and implement campaign execution

·      Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management with internal stakeholders

·      Support to develop marketing campaigns and activities to generate leads with the most effective tactics

·      Analyse and track digital marketing data and to provide insights to marketing strategy

·      Manage paid advertising campaigns across our digital and social media platforms

·      Manage conferences and events as part of Ample’s plan to sustain our brand awareness in the industry across our presence in exhibitions, conferences and seminars with coordination between external and internal collaborators


·      Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills across various levels of stakeholders

·      Digital marketing and B2B social media skills

·      Enjoys copywriting and content generation

·      Enjoy a fast-paced working and learning environment

·      Meticulous and detail-oriented in work

·      Calm and stable personality, able to handle stressful situations

·      Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, or related field of study

·      Track record with 1 to 3 years of marketing and demand generation experience in a B2B environment in the Asia-Pacific region preferably in a technology related field

·      Technology-savvy, with experience in digital and social media is preferred

·      Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and number analysis

·      Experience in using marketing systems to support campaign roll-out and marketing funnel management

·      Excellent marketing tactical abilities and campaign management skills
