  • Develop a clear strategic plan by studying technological, financial and geographical opportunities.
  • Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources, reviewing progress, and making mid-course correction.
  • Make key investments and investment recommendations to grow the company.
  • Supporting the development of a healthy internal culture that retain key employees, encourages their professional development and creating a work environment that encourages sharing of information and opinion.
  • Build company image by collaborating with related external parties, e.g. customer, government.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standard.
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business units.


  • Be able to work in the construction industry.
  • Must have previous management experience.
  • Computer literate and posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team player with excellent customer service attitude and dynamic.
  • Self motivated to work independently as well as in a team with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
