HR Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment including new hire on board
  • Payroll processing for 100 headcounts
  • Involved in work passes applications and renewals
  • To act as a first point of contact regarding queries and transactions on all routine HR matters
  • Carry out all routine HR transactional matters according to approved policies and procedures, and within prescribed timelines. i.e leave administration, medical, insurance claims and maternity leave arrangements etc.
  • Compile monthly HR Reports
  • Other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource, Business studies or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with good knowledge in Payroll, Employment Act, Work Pass application, CPF, IRAS and Regulations
  • Good team player and good attitude
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral
  • Mature, independent, meticulous and well organized
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English and Mandarin
