We are looking to fill several sales roles in our different Sales divisions due to our rapid business expansion activities. From direct to channel to project to farmer sales positions.
The Critical Competencies

Not be afraid to challenge the status quo and proactively surface challenges and driving sales solutions
· Performance-oriented and a can-do attitude
· Good communication and writing skills with an excellent command of the English language
· Able to communicate in Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matters
· A good team player with initiative, creativity and resourcefulness
* Grade A salesmanship
* Preferably to have at least 3 years of experience in handling SME business owners
* Possess direct sales skills, exceptional negotiating skills, persuasion skills, excellent presentation and closing abilities
* Ability to generate leads or have a strong network of SMEs
* Be flexible to a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
* Positive learning attitude with the mindset of a warrior
* Responsible for planning and driving all sales KPIs and ROI for campaigns, rolls up sleeves.
· A comprehensive Salary package inclusive of Basic + Commission + Incentives + Bonus + Employee's Share Rewards not lesser than $80k to $100k annually
