Corporate Secretary

Job Description

  • To be able to provide corporate secretarial and advisory services to small portfolio of privately held companies with minimum supervision
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act
  • Preparing all documents for incorporation, post incorporation, change of the officers of the company, opening/closing/change of bank signatories for bank accounts, change auditors,change of company name, acquisition and disposal of shares, AGM documents, annual filing/application of relevant waivers to ACRA
  • Following up with clients on AGM documents, attend to client queries on AGM matters, extension of time, preparation and submission of XBRL
  • Attend to all ACRA filings for the assigned clients
  • QI /ICSA member or in the process of pursuing final stages of CSA course
  • Relevant working experience of at least 3 yrs as corporate secretary
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems used in corporate secretarial functions
  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands in fast paced environment
  • Possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
