Job Description

  • Paperwork and filing regarding HR function, assist of improving data point in share Point
  • Assist recruitment (posting ads, interview scheduling, shortlisting, confirmation letter), appraisal (prepare questionnaire, collecting and data summarize), training (determine training needs, sourcing good program for staff in need, collaboration with department head for training needs and schedule)
  • Cross checking, monthly claims, attendance, leaves (monthly highlight the unusual ones to the supervisor for payroll reference as well as record for appraisals.
  • Generate employee employment verification documents and requests
  • Updates HR personnel database & HR metrics
  • Work permit renewal and application
  • Onboarding, offboarding and orientation for group staff
  • Team bonding and weekly department head meeting arrangement
  • Assist IRAS submission, grant application
  • Handles phone calls and attend to company visitors
  • Distributes mails and faxes to relevant department and arrange courier services
  • Office stationery purchase
  • Update company contact list and announcement
  • Assisting subsidiaries HR related issues and briefing staff about new MOM rules or company policies
  • Assist and follow up career development for key staff.
  • Maintaining and upkeep HRM system (WHYZE HR) and related issues
