Assistant Logistic Officer

Job Description

Key accountabilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials

2. Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all relevant departments

3. Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are reported

4. Examine, dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy

5. Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse.

6. Key in departmental orders into the inventory management system

7. Responsible for the maintenance of client’s units on hand

8. Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued

9. Supporting LMD Officer duties during his/her absence

10. Ensure safety and compliance set by Company and Clients’

11. Assist in DC operation when required

12. Any other duties assigned


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Min entry ‘N’ & ‘O’ level
  • Logistics / Warehouse experience of 2-3 years
  • Able to and communicate with all levels
  • Proven track records of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills
