We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for staff and clients.




  • Manage the office and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee the office renovation project and maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and furniture
  • Manage and maintain the holding area to ensure it is tidy and organized
  • Monitor and maintain office inventory levels
  • Prepare company assets for new employee on-boarding and inventory of items that will need to be returned before the last day of employee off-boarding
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
  • Handle the incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Greet visitor and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Support senior management in daily tasks and projects




  • Previous experience  as an Office Manager or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Diploma or equivalent  is required; some college coursework or degree is preferred
  • Bilingual in fluent English and Mandarin preferred
  • Eligible to work in Singapore
