We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Oversee the office renovation project and maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and furniture
- Manage and maintain the holding area to ensure it is tidy and organized
- Monitor and maintain office inventory levels
- Prepare company assets for new employee on-boarding and inventory of items that will need to be returned before the last day of employee off-boarding
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Handle the incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Greet visitor and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Support senior management in daily tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or degree is preferred
- Bilingual in fluent English and Mandarin preferred
- Eligible to work in Singapore
