Accounting/Finance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Accounting/Finance Manager to join our family office team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing accounting books and records, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore, assisting with periodical investment portfolio review and liaising with external service providers.  Mid-career candidates with relevant experience are welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting and financial reporting for the family office, including but not limited to the following:
    • Performing accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing;
    • Collaborating with investment teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting.
    • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements
    • Conducting budget planning
    • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
    • Assisting with annual audit process and ensuring that financial records are accurate and complete;
    • Working with professional firms for annual compliance and tax filings;
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and external service providers incl. tax advisors, lawyers, and banking institutions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Eligible to work in Singapore
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Min.3 years of relevant work experience in corporate accounting & finance
  • Strong understanding of Singapore laws and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
