Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Project planning and project management.
Co-ordinate to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
Liaise with authorities and consultants
Ensuring the project is within budget
Review and endorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claim to customers

Degree qualified or Diploma in Architects/Building
Preferable 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation
Good communication skills
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint
